Craft beer is carefully brewed by artisans with dedication in each batch. Our beer is made using “pure and delicious water” from the region, creating a craft beer that reflects the unique character of Matsumoto. The snow that falls on the mountains surrounding Matsumoto Valley nourishes the forests with the arrival of spring, seeps into the soil, and eventually forms the clear streams that fill the rivers. Matsumoto is blessed with abundant spring water throughout the year. The clear, pure water is essential for making excellent beer. Selecting malts and distinguishing hops are crucial tasks for a brewer, and we are committed to meticulously choosing the finest ingredients. We strongly desire to create beers that express the terroir of this region using local malts, hops, fruits, and honey. We aim to make you, our town, and ourselves happy and energized with great beer. Our philosophy was born from our deep affection for the region, which inspired our founding. No matter the circumstances or time, we are committed to brewing high-quality craft beer with creativity and unwavering dedication. We sincerely hope to welcome you with our Matsumoto beer. We would be delighted if you enjoyed it during your outdoor activities.

"Because we are, after all, a festival doll shop."Ice cream is a beloved treat that almost everyone enjoys. On the other hand, festival dolls are like personal charms, with traditions evolving and simplifying over time. Surprisingly, these two seemingly different things have notable synergy.Through ice cream, which everyone loves, we aim to share Japan's traditional culture that has been passed down through the ages. For the festival of the Chrysanthemum, we’ve created “Chrysanthemum Sake Ice Cream,” and for the festival of the Seven Herbs, we plan to make “Seven Herbs Porridge Ice Cream.” Ultimately, we hope to use local ingredients to represent the changing seasons of Japan in our ice creams, reflecting the spirit of the Five Seasonal Festivals, the Twenty-Four Solar Terms, and the Seventy-Two Seasonal Festivals. While this approach may differ from traditional sustainable ice cream production, it allows us, as a festival doll shop, to express the Japanese seasons through ice cream.

アウトドアフィールドとして国内有数の松本から、アウトドアを発信することや、この地域の海外への発信なども視野に入れていることに共感しました。
