PAAGO WORKS

This Japanese outdoor brand was established in 2011 at a time when the earthquake and tsunami had driven people away from outdoor activities. The brand name suggests "Pack and Go!" and it aims to create products that stimulate the user's sense of adventure and creativity, taking advantage of the staff's team efforts in product development, extensive feedback from users, and production at first-rate factories in Asia.

What is PAAGO WORKS's craftsmanship?

Product design based on thorough product communication.

Tetsu Saito is the president of PAAGO WORKS and a product designer. He has been involved in outdoor gear development as a freelance product designer for over 15 years. As he has had more opportunities to come in contact with users since the establishment of his brand, he has placed communication with users at the center of his product creation.

They exhibit at outdoor events on a weekly basis to get real feedback from users, and frequently engage on SNS to listen to the real voices of a wide range of people.

Furthermore, they incorporate feedback from the sales and repair teams, as well as opinions from the stores, and use all of this information in product development. This is the ideal way of manufacturing for PAAGO WORKS. Thorough communication is at the heart of their craftsmanship.

Brand's Signature Gear

NINJA SHELTER

The NINJA series was designed to suit the Japanese climate based on its lightness and size for traveling. The most versatile of these is the NINJA SHELTER, a floorless shelter for one or two people. One side of the roof can be raised to serve as a tarp, and with the use of a roll-up skirt and the optional NINJA NEST (inner tent), it can be used in a variety of fields for four seasons.
